Requirements for machining accuracy of aluminum alloy telescopic ladder components

The aluminum alloy telescopic ladder should be checked for straightness before cutting. If the straightness exceeds the allowable deviation, it must be replaced.

The allowable deviation of aluminum alloy telescopic ladder member cutting material meets the following requirements

1. Allowable deviation of cutting length ±1mm

2. The allowable deviation of the angle of the cutting end is ±1°

3. There is no obvious deformation at the end of the cutting material, and the burr is not more than 0.2mm.

The allowable deviation of component opening processing meets the following standards

1. Allowable deviation of hole center distance ±0.5mm

2. The cumulative allowable deviation of the hole center distance is ±1mm

3. The allowable deviation of each side and diagonal of the assembled component is ±2mm.
