How Is The Elevator Cut Off?

1) Cut off material. Cutting material, also known as "cutting material", is the first process of elevator production, and it is also a key process. Cutting equipment is mainly used for cutting material. The length of material should be determined according to the design requirements and referring to the large sample drawings of doors and windows. Generally speaking, right-angle cutting should be used for elevator cut material; 45° angle cutting should be used for elevator cut material; other types should be cut according to the assembly method.

2) Drill holes. The frame and fan assembly of the elevator is generally connected by screws, so whether it is the assembly of the horizontal and vertical rods, or the fixing of the accessories, it is necessary to drill holes in the corresponding positions. Profile drilling, you can use a small bench drill or a high-precision electric drill, the former can effectively ensure the accuracy of the drilling position because of the workbench; the latter is because of the convenience of operation. Before drilling, the wire should be positioned on the profile according to the assembly requirements. The drilling position is required to be accurate and the hole diameter is appropriate. It is not allowed to repeatedly change the drilling on the surface of the profile, because once the hole is formed, it is difficult to repair.

3) Assembly. Assemble the profiles with screws through connectors according to the requirements of the large construction drawings. There are three ways to assemble the elevator: 45° angle butt, right angle butt and vertical butt. The connection of the horizontal and vertical rods is generally made of special connectors or aluminum corners, and then fixed with screws, bolts or aluminum studs.
